“We employed Dual to come in and help design a yard that leveraged a lot of the existing [Victorian] footprint whilst creating a new retaining sandstone wall that was in keeping with Victorian property. We also wanted to transform our space to give us an open and expansive area that would actually expand the green footprint whilst giving us a sandstone feature wall that we enjoy to look at.

I think the primary reason we chose Dual was the personalities. Matt and Luke both came around and they spent a lot of time talking about what we could do. They spent a lot of time listening and were also prepared to say ‘I don’t think that will work’ and explain why.

If you look at some of the features of the sandstone wall and just the meticulous design and the craftsmanship and the care that's been taken to actually craft individual stones... the workmanship is just creative and artman-like. We often sit just inside in our kitchen area and we look out at the wall and we just admire it. I never thought I’d be so romantically attached to a sandstone wall. We love it.”
